This agreement releases Eventrockit from all liability relating to injuries that may occur at their events. I agree to hold Eventrockit, its agents and its successors entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the events. These include but are not limited to cooking hazards. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. By using this website, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Eventrockit for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. By using this site, I agree I have read the terms of use and agree to them. I understand there is absolutely no refund if I attend the event and/or if I'm unable to attend the event. There is a maximum refund of 75% only for advanced notice to Eventrockit for my cancellation of attendance. I understand and agree to the specifics of the refund policy and all other information on the terms of use. I understand there is absolutely no refund other than the refund offered for advanced cancellations and that all refunds, if permitted, are at the discretion of Eventrockit. I understand there are absolutely no financial reimbursements of any kind for financial losses I may incur. I hereby waive my rights to bring a suit to Eventrockit and its agents for any and all situations directly related or indirectly related to its events. Eventrockit reserves the right to refuse accepting vendors at its discretion.
